Our large team of specialist trained social care workers and personal assistants are based throughout the UK providing outcome based services to individuals who may experience complex neurological conditions,acquired brain injury and spinal injury including assistance with delegated level 3 health care tasks such as PEG feed,catheter care and bowel management.
Personal Budget / Direct Payment Charge Scales 2008/2009. In response to the high increase in Personal Budget and Direct Payment (self funding) enquiries the organisation has developed competitive charge scales for those in receipt of this type of funding. We also work in partnership with Adult & Children Social Service Departments and Primary Care Trusts throughout the East Midlands.

All social/health care workers will register with the new Independent Safeguarding Authority (expected during Autumn 2009) and hold an up to date Enhanced CRB Disclosure checked against the PoVA / PoCA lists for your safety and peace of mind. All social/ health care workers receive & comply with:
- Face to face interview.
- Minimum of 2 written references telephone checked.
- Skills Audit.
- General Social Care Councils 'Code of Conduct'.
- Registration with the Independent Safeguarding Authority (expected during Autumn 2009)
- Terms of employment where applicable to the service.
- Terms of self-employment including self employed status where applicable to the service. (Introduction service only)
- Copies of driving licence, MOT,insurance.
- Data protection.
- Working Time Directive declaration
- Asylum & immigration (entitlement to live & work in the UK).
- Fitness declaration.
- Original training & development certificates.
- CRB Enhanced Disclosure / PoVA/ PoCA checks obtained (both adults & children).
- Skills for Care 'Induction' training as required by the service provision.
- Appropriate further training such as working with Families & Children, Acquired Brain Injury, Physical Disabilities, Dementia, Palliative Care etc.
