Then you can apply to register with Athena Care by uploading the PDF files below.

You will need to download the application form and list of documents required for registration , print off a copy, complete and return it to us at the address on the top right hand corner of the application form (5 Saxby Street , Leicester LE2 0ND). You may also keep a copy for your own purpose.

Alternatively, you can initially email us with your full CV to enquiries@athenacare.co.uk or contact our dedicated database recruitment line on 0116-2044969 (leave a message, with your name address and contact number, if it goes to voicemail) an application pack will be posted out within 24hrs.
